Spare Part Service
In order to assure a long life time and the value of your equipment we strongly advise you to use spare parts from the original manufacturer. Our large stock of spare parts and wear items provides you with all necessary items at competitive costs and with short delivery times - even for older machine types.

As an alternative to investment in new machines we offer custom-tailored
upgrade packages to raise production and efficiency or to improve product capabilities
on existing equipment. Our engineers have extensive process know-how and experience
and can consult you on appropriate alterations and exchanges that make sense
from an investment point of view. We are available to assist you with your specific
production needs.
Through flexible and well planned installation and start-up processes down times
and costs can be kept at a minimum.
Remote Technical Assistance
The use of remote access modules enable access to the machine control
system via phone line - for fast problem diagnosis and immediate first
support steps.
In many cases a costly and time consuming deployment of personnel can be completely
avoided. The remote technical assistance can significantly increase machine
availability and thereby raise the overall plant productivity - while providing
an economic and easy to use service link to the equipment manufacturer.

Training
For all offered machines Erbatech provides training courses for the operations
and handling for operators, technical staff and maintenance personnel.
The training content and schedules are adapted to specific customer needs and
machine specifics. We typically provide detailled seminar blocks on construction,
electric, control system, operations and maintenance.
The courses are held by our field-experienced technical staff.
