Discontinuous Range for Carpet: SUPRAFLOR

The SUPRAFLOR^® carpet dyeing machine is designed for open-width dyeing, but is also used for rope dyeing.

The range of equipment comprises of machines for individual batch sizes from 10-50 up to 400 running meters. By coupling two machines, the capacity per batch can be doubled.

All machine types can be supplied for a working width of 4m and 5m, special sizes are available down to 2.4m. The incorporation of lateral guides permits virtually continuous adjustments of the working width.

The latest control technology is used for controlling temperature/time and pH, valves, as well as dispensing of chemicals and dyes. All machines are individually planned in close co-operation with the customer to cater for degree of automation required in each case.

Convincing features of the SUPRAFLOR^® are efficiency and economy. We achived substantial water and energy savings by consistent further development of both machines and processes.
