SUPRAFLOR
The SUPRAFLOR® carpet dyeing machine is designed for open-width dyeing of woven and tufted carpets with high efficiency and economy. After many years of development and improvements, we have achieved substantial water and energy savings.
- Open-width woven and/or tufted carpets,
- Batch sizes from 20 to 400 running meters on single machine, with possibility to couple two machines or more,
- Working width of 4 or 5 meters, special sizes down to 2.4 meters,
- Dyeing of PA6 and PA6.6 carpets,
- Acid dye process with temperature and pH gradient control,
- Premetallized dye process with temperautre and pH gradient control,
- Suitable for differential dyeing process.
